The Brief:

To organise a conference for a 300+ dealer network in a sunny destination in December. Delegates were to be able to fly from their local airport and extend their trip either side if required. The conference was to take place in the hotel where guests would be staying and conference room to be turned around for gala dinner and awards ceremony in the evening.

Our Solution:

The venue was a 5* hotel in Tenerife so that guests could enjoy some winter sun as well as attending the conference which resulted in high attendance levels. Delegates had a choice of flights from their local airports which enhanced their experience. Delegates and their partners arrived the day before the conference (or earlier if they wanted to extend their trip). A morning conference took place with motivational speaker followed by an afternoon at leisure. The conference room was ‘turned round’ for evening Gala Dinner. Delegates and their partners enjoyed a gala dinner with awards presentation, comedian finished with dancing to a live band. Guests departed the next day.
